The 12-year old German bred FEI Dressage pony Hoby (by Hasko x Boomerang) has been sold to Denise Nekeman from Zwartsluis, The Netherlands. The Nekeman family, who are big carpet dealers in Holland, were able to acquire the ride over the Dutch team silver

medal winning pony in February 2006. The deal has only been officially announced after the 2006 European Pony Championships.

The 12-year old Denise Nekeman started riding on the small pony Wendy when she was 5 and got her current pony Bingo when she was 9. With him, she became regional champion at first level. Denise and Hoby will be trained by Nicole Werner and mom Berna Nekeman.

Under former rider Laurens Sliepenbeek, Hoby placed third at the 2004 Dutch Outdoor Championships. In 2006 the pair won the Indoor Championships. They claimed team silver at the 2005 and 2006 European Pony Championships.
