Dressage horse and pony breeder Josef Wilbers has withdrawn his five-year old Rhinelander stallion FS Lord Loxley from the KWPN Stallion Licensing.

Wilbers hoped to have his stallion approved for the KWPN studbook and started campaigning him in The Netherlands by entering him in the 2003-2004 KNHS/KWPN Stallion Competition, also known as the Divoza Bokaal. Lord Loxley's rider Jana Freund is the steady trainer of the Ferienhof Stucker ponies and stallions.

Josef Wilbers pulled his horse out of the licensing because he did not want to submit his horse to the 21-day performance test, which is required for "foreign" stallions in order to be approved.

Lord Loxley is a five year old Rhinelander by Lord Sinclair out of Weltlady (Weltmeyer x Weingau). He won the NRW Young Horse Competition in 2002 and 2003 and was Champion of his 2002 Stallion Performance Test.
