Blue Hors Emory, a 2025 World Young Horse Championship participant, has been sold to Danish pony rider team member Malina Bøgh Skovsager.
Blue Hors Emory is a 7-year old Oldenburg gelding by Emilio out of Fashion (by Johnson x ). He is bred at Blue Hors stud in Denmark. The horse also goes by the name Emory OLD.
From Denmark to Czech Republic
Emory made his show debut at age 5 in 2024 under Blue Hors assistant rider Sophia Ludvigsen. She competed the 5-year old in the young horse classes and took him to the Danish Young Horse Championships, where he finished fourth in the Finals.
Emory sold to Czech company Dafne Profi (for whom Anna Prochazkova rides) and in 2025 the horse was competed internationally by Slovakian Denisa Valentova. She debuted him in the 6-year old tests at the CDI Brno and rode him to a 9th place in the 6-year old consolation finals at the World Young Horse Championships in Verden. Their last CDI was in June 2026 ain Samorin, where they won the 7-year old preliminary test.
Emory returned to Denmark and came in training with Nanna Skodborg Merrald. She showed Emory once at the end of August in a 7-year old test an scored 83,68%.
Junior Hopeful
The bay has now been sold to pony rider Malina Bøgh Skovsager, who is making the transition to junior level.
Skovsager has competed at the 2025 Nordic Baltic championships as a junior rider on Blue Hors Zampalo and most recently rode on the Danish team at the 2026 European Pony Championships on her now sold pony Lyngdal's Mira Puella.
