The 4-year old KWPN stallion Lord Siffredi has received a new rider who will continue his competition career.
Lord Siffredi is a 2022 born KWPN stallion by Las Vegas out of Anita van Lange Weeren (by Prestige VDL x Welt Hit II). He is bred by A. Zuurbier.
Originally named Siffredi AZ, the bay stallion is owned by Marlies Woudenberg.
He was licensed with NRPS after scoring 82,5 points in the NRPS performance test. He was also Hanoverian and Oldenburg approved. He has been invited to the KWPN Performance test.
After his NRPS approval his name changed to Lord Siffredi. Woudenberg allocated the ride to the stallion to Amber Hage, but most recently he moved into training with Febe van Zwambagt.
Marlies explained that she made the decision "solely for practical management reasons and with the horse's long-term development in mind."
"The future looks exciting with this one," said Febe. "Amber has produced Lord Siffredi beautifully. I was able to get on and ride him immediately, which says a great deal about the quality of the work she has done."
The pair have set the 2027 World Young Horse Championships as goal.
