US Equestrian announced the four combinations selected to represent the U.S. at the 2026 Lier CDIO-Y and Hagen CDIO-Y. The athletes will be led by George Williams, the USEF Dressage High Performance Pathway Development Advisor and Youth Coach and USEF Team Leader, Lauren Moore.
“These are four promising Young Riders and I’m thrilled they will have the opportunity to represent the US at such a premiere event and what is the closest competition we have to a world championship for youth,” said Williams. “In addition to the CDIOY at Future Champions, for the first time we will be competing with a team at a second Nations Cup in Lier, Belgium. Being able to increase opportunities to compete head-to-head against their European peers can be so valuable and play a vital role in the development of our young dressage athletes.”
