The premium licensed stallion San Severinus became the top selling horse in the DSP Sport Horse Auction held in Marbach, Germany, on 1 November 2025.
The hybrid auction taking place live with online bidding possible, followed the DSP Saddle Licensing.
Auctioneer Hendrik Schulze Rückamp received a barrage of bids for the first lot of the evening, the 4-year-old newly licensed premium stallion San Severinus (by Si Senor x Cassone), bred by Barbara Seibert. An American bought the stallion for 80,000 euro.
The jumpers pulled out the best prices at this auction as the premium stallion Du Mont (by Diaron x Cellestial) was the second most expensive one, selling for 60,000 euro to a big stallion station in Lower Saxony.

Special Agent (by Santiamo x Follow Me) sold for 42,000 euro to a trainer from Baden Wurttemberg.
The Bavarian reserve regional Champion Preziosa (by Benicio x Floriscount), bred by Fran Galneder sold online for €38,000 to a trainer from Poland.
The Swiss were also well represented in Marbach. Ikarus (by In My Mind x Ra) sold to Switzerland for €35,000 and PBM For You (by For Romance x Riccione) for €33,000.
Serafin (by Sky x Sarkozy) fetched 29,000 euro

Americans bought ponies Cute Wilmerich (by FS Clarimo x Dance Star AT) for 15,000 euro and Nabisco (by Neverland x Dimension) for 17.000 euro.
On average, the riding horses at the auction cost €26,363, while the riding ponies cost €12,173.
