Spanish Team for 2018 World Equestrian Games Selected

The Spanish equestrian federation has announced the team that will represent Spain at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, U.S.A. on 12  - 15 September 2018. 

Based on the performances of the riders this CDI show season as well as team reliability and health status, RFHE Technical Director Luis Lucio and team trainer Rudolf Zeilinger have made their pick for the team.

The selected riders are:

  • Beatriz Ferrer-Salat - Delgado
  • Claudio Castilla Ruiz - Alcaide
  • Severo Jurado Lopez - Deep Impact
  • Juan Matute Guimon - Quantico

A reserve rider has not been named.

The nominative entries are due 13 August, the definite team has to be confirmed on 3 September 2018.
