Betsy Steiner and her daughter Jessie are relocating their dressage training business to Kim Herslow’s Upper Creek Farm in Stockton, New Jersey.

The Steiners were previously based in Frenchtown, New Jersey, six months a year and they spend their winters working and competing in Wellington, Florida, just like Herslow.

With Upper Creek Farm as their new summer base, the mother/daughter duo will bring 14 horses to Herslow’s 52-acre property.

“We decided to do this to have more fun in our training and to be supportive of our clients and each other,” Herslow said. “When one of us is away teaching clinics or on business, we can be there to keep the ball rolling at home. It’s a win-win situation!”

The 46-year old Jessie Steiner recently made her CDI debut in Wellington, Florida, aboard her 11-year old Hanoverian Red Snapper (by Rotspon x Laptop). Betsy Steiner rode on the U.S. team at the 1990 World Equestrian Games in Stockholm, Sweden.

Kim Herslow and Rosmarin (by Rosentanz) were members of the gold medal winning American team at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada. It was Rosmarin's last international show as he has been recovering from injury since then. Herslow continued her CDI career with Ellen Reeder's All or Nothing in 2016 and Marilyn Sherwin's Soraya II in 2017.

The Steiners will move into Upper Creek Farm in May, while Herslow is moving back north to her farm at the end of March.
