The Oldenburg Horse Center in Vechta is on the verge of another highlight of the auction season: On Saturday, April 11, starting at 3:00 p.m., the Oldenburg Association will present a top-class collection of dressage and show jumping horses as part of the 105th Spring Elite Auction.

The day before, on April 10 starting at 2:30 p.m., the 15th Saddle Licensing will take place. Here, selected stallions will be presented under saddle. The stallions for sale from the saddle inspection can be purchased on April 11 as part of the Spring Elite Auction.

In the days leading up to the auction, interested parties have the opportunity to see the quality of the collection for themselves during daily training sessions. The auction horses will be presented under saddle daily from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Show jumpers can be presented by prior arrangement.

The collection features modern sport horses with potential to meet the highest standards—suitable for both ambitious amateurs and top-level international competition.

Eye Catchers

Special attention is drawn to Cat. No. 7, Feine Elfendiva, by Morricone out of the association-award-winning mare Feine Elfe by Jazz–De Niro. Feine Elfendiva enchants us here from the treasure trove of the unforgettable Ewald Grotelüschen. Highly placed in riding horse competitions, she represents the highly successful Elfen line, from which numerous highly decorated Grand Prix horses and licensed stallions have emerged.

Cat. No. 34, Bonaparte, by Bon Vivaldi out of the State Premium mare Honey Li by Harvard – Lungau, is an exceptionally appealing representative of his generation. Endowed with very good natural posture, he impresses with his high willingness to perform and is ready to be ridden immediately. The dam is a sister to the licensed stallion Schiwa by Sir Donnerhall I and to Sangora, the dam of the Intermediaire I-winning mare Ballerini/Laura Graves (USA).

The show jumping lot also features highly interesting prospects: Lot No. 22 Virginia BZ, a young mare by Vingino out of Capilana B by Capilano – Quebec, impresses with a strong performance pedigree. The dam is a sister to Con D’Arpina, who was successful up to 1.40 m, and the granddam is closely related to internationally successful 1.50 m horses. Line 1298 has already produced top-class horses up to 1.60 m.

Also promising is Lot No. 29 Diador, a six-year-old gelding by Diaron out of Cadora by Cador – Acord II. His dam is a sister to several internationally successful show jumpers at the 1.50 m level and higher, making him a particularly interesting prospect for high-level show jumping.
