The Oldenburg Horse Breeding Association is further expanding its auction offerings: With the Fichtenhof's Classics from September 3 to 6, 2026, another high-quality auction has been added to its roster. Here, too, selected, top-class Oldenburg foals will be auctioned off, embedded in a first-class competition weekend and in front of an expert audience.
In addition to the auctions at the proven auction venue in Vechta, the association is thus continuing its successful strategy of presenting Oldenburg quality at renowned events outside Vechta. The Fichtenhof's Classics mark the end of this year's series of away auctions and are also the sixth away foal auction in the 2026 calendar.
The schedule for the 2026 away auctions at a glance
The Oldenburg Horse Breeding Association is starting the auction year with a strong program:
• April 24, 2026: Foal auction in Hagen as part of Horses and Dreams
• May 1-5, 2026: Foal auction in Mannheim as part of the Maimarkt competition
• July 2, 2026: Elite foal auction at the CDIO Hagen
• July 4, 2026: Foal auction in Höven as part of the Elite Mare Show and the Oldenburg Championships
• August 27, 2026: Foal auction at the German Young Horse Championships in Warendorf
• September 4, 2026: Final of the away auctions at the Fichtenhof's Classics
With these locations, the Oldenburg Horse Breeding Association offers breeders and buyers an exclusive selection of promising foals – right where the horse scene meets.
