Seventeen dressage judges have passed the exam to become a certified FEI Young Horse judge at two examination sessions held in Warendorf (GER) and Ermelo (NED).

At the 2022 Bundeschampionate in Warendorf a group of eight judges passed the exam. They are:
- Heidi Berru (USA)
- Barbara Franyo (HUN)
- Connie Murray (AUS)
- Sven Rothenberger (NED)
- Alice Schwab (AUT)
- Agne Uzdavinyte (LTU)
- Maarten van der Heijden (NED)
- Ginta Vilde (LAT)
- Annike Laving (EST)
At the 2022 World Championships for young dressage horses in Ermelo, The Netherlands, another examination session took place. Promoted as FEI young horse judge are:
- Joanne Bouwhuis (CAN)
- Mats Eriksson (SWE)
- Pia Fälth (SWE)
- Karen Pavicic (CRO)
- Malgorzata Pawlowska (POL)
- Christine Prip (DEN)
- Mascha Reijs (NED)
- Sunil Shivdas (IND)
