French Dressage Squads for 2022 Updated

The French equestrian federation has updated its senior dressage squads for 2022.  The new squads were updated on 21 June 2022. 

The French dressage selectors with Jean Morel as head selector assisted by Technical Dressage Director Emmannuelle Schramm will pick their team for the 2022 World Championships Dressage in Herning from these squads. 

In France the A- and B-team are called Group 1 and 2. 

The A-squad includes:

  • Morgan Barbancon on Sir Donnerhall II (by Sandro Hit x Donnerhall), owned by the rider and Carmen Mestre Pons
  • Corentin Pottier on Gotilas (by Totilas x Ferro), listed with the FEI as owned by Herve Pottier

The B-squad includes:

  • Alexandre Ayache on Holmevangs Jolene (by Johnson x Continue), owned by Abdulkarim Barake 
  • Morgan Barbançon on Habana Libre A (by Zizi Top x United), owned by the rider
  • Pauline Basquin on Sertorius De Rima Z (by Sandro Hit x Voltaire), owned by Institut Francais Du Cheval Et De L'equitation
  • Bernard Bosseaux on Rilkadora Z (by Rilke x Weltmeyer), listed with the FEI as owned by the rider
  • Stephanie Brieussel on Fellini Du Soleil (by Foundation x Rubin Royal), listed with the FEI as owned by Dominique and Stephanie Brieussel and Gildas Nicoleau
  • Stephanie Brieussel on Devonport (by Dancier x Ravallo), owned by Chucky Feel Good sarl 
  • Charlotte Chalvignac on Hermes, (by Rico x Noitibo), owned by the rider and Olivier Arnal  
  • Charlotte Chalvignac on Icaro Das Figueiras (by Epico x Unico), owned by Chalvignac Vesin, Olivier Arnal, and Domaine De La Chapelle
  • Maxime Collard on Cupido Pb (by Painted Black x Jazz), owned by Celine Roze
  • Antoine Nowakowski on Quater Girl (by Quaterhall x Don Henrico), owned by the rider
