Gevers and Van Silfhout Submitted to Dutch A-Team

Katja Gevers and Diederik van Silfhout have been submitted to the Dutch A-Team following excellent results at the CDI-W 's Hertogenbosch in The Netherlands, on 21 - 23 March 2013.

Aboard the 9-year old Dutch warmblood Arlando (by Paddox), the former U25 rider Diederik van Silfhout achieved outstanding scores at the CDIO Vidauban and CDI Den Bosch.  He achieved his third A-team score in Den Bosch.

Katja Gevers and her Dutch warmblood Thriller (by Gribaldi x Amor) also distinguished herself and obtained a third A-team score in Den Bosch. Both riders are now eligible for Dutch team selection for a major championship.

The Dutch A-team currently includes eight riders and ten horses. The riders are Adelinde Cornelissen (Parzival), Edward Gal (Undercover, Next One, Voice), Katja Gevers (Thriller), Danielle Heijkoop (Siro), Patrick van der Meer (Uzzo), Hans Peter Minderhoud (Romanov), Diederik van Silfhout (Arlando) and Tommie Visser (Vingino).

Riders have to score minimum 71% three times within a period of 6 months. One score needs to be achieved at a CDI 2* or higher.
