The Dutch warmblood Ironman H was named the winner of the 2017 Swedish Warmblood Stallion Performance testing which concluded on Sunday 5 March 2017 at the national equestrian centre in Flyinge, Sweden.

Bred by J Hurkmans, the black 4-year old Ironman H (by Bordeaux x Rousseau x Jazz) was named champion after being test ridden by Theo Hanzon and Eva Möller on the final assessment day. Ironman H was acquired by Stall Ucas from Sweden at the 2015 Oldenburg Stallion Licensing auction in Vechta, Germany.

The Swedish warmblood stallion performance testing also  includes the initial approval of untested 3-year old colts, as well as a confirmation of licensing of 4- and 5-year olds.  The licensed dressage bred 3-year olds stallions include Per Arne Persson's Demand (by Ampere x Don Schufro) and Patrik Hannell's Formalin (by Floricello x D-Day).

In the 4-year old age category a positive verdict was given to Bengt Nilsson's Aideean (by Ampere x Dionysos) and Gunnarlunda's Conde Nord (by Charmeur x Hohenstein). In the 5-year old division there was a green light for Stall Sathalla's Harlem D (by Vivaldi) and Jan Brink's Dragon Welt (by Dancier x Weltmeyer).
