Fifty-six stallions have so far been registered to participate in the 2011 Swedish Warmblood Stallion Performance Test which starts on 26 February 2011 till 6 March 2011. Especially stallions between the ages of 3 and 5 will be tested as well as some high performance sires.
Two international judges have been invited to assess the stallions as of the second phase. They are Dutchmen Frenk Jespers for dressage and Rob Ehrens for show jumping. Like each year in the recent past Hella Kuntz and Hannes Baumgart will be the guest judge riders.
Renowned stallions who have been registered for the performance test include KWPN licensing champion Ampere (by Rousseau x Flemmingh) and Trakehner Grand Prix stallion Insterburg TSF (by Hohenstein x Giorgio Armani), Jeanna Hogberg's 2010 World Young Horse Championship mount Wellington (by Weltman x Campari M).
