Don Olymp P and Fifty Shades of Biolley Approved at 2017 SBS Stallion Licensing

The dressage bred Don Olymp P and Fifty Shades of Biolley were approved for breeding at the 2017 SBS Stallion Licensing in Gesves, Belgium, on Sunday 5 March. The SBS studbook is an Belgian alternative for the Belgian Warmblood breeders and is open to all warmblood breeds.

Thirty-one stallions in total were presented for licensing, four of them were dressage bred and two of them passed. The fourteen other approved stallions are all show jumpers. 

The 3-year old Rhinelander branded Don Olymp P (by Don Olymbrio x Ferragamo), owned by Haras de la Roque, and the 3-year old Oldenburg bred Fifty Shades of Biolley (by Fiderbach x Codex), owned by Brigitte de Biolley, received a positive verdict from the licensiong committee. 

Not accepted were Philippe Heussen's KWPN branded Jack Sparrow du Winckel (by Don Juan de Hus x Partout) nor Isabel de Smet's Belgian warmblood registered OMG Quaterhit VRDS (by Quaterdance x Sandro Hit).
