The 3-year old Danish warmblood licensed stallion and performance test winner Hesselhoj's Donkey Boy has been sold to Norwegian Kristin Andresen as future mount for her junior rider daughter Alexandra Andresen.

The bay Hesselhøj Donkey Boy is by ERA Dancing Hit out of a Milan dam and was a premium stallion at the 2015 Danish Warmblood Stallion Licensing in Herning last March. He recently won the Danish 35-day Stallion Performance Testing with top scores.

For Andresen it was "Love at first sight" when she saw Donkey Boy. The stallion will remain in Denmark for the time being and stand at stud at Ib Kirk's Katrinelund stud.

"We are happy that we were able to buy one of the world's best young stallions," Kristin Andresen told Ridehesten. "Donkey Boy was well reared at Dorthe and Hans Jørgen's place at Hesselhøj.  Now we are looking forward to further building a solid foundation. Jan Christensen will be helping Alexandra with the development of Donkey Boy as sport horse."
