Global Elite Dressage is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished dressage rider to lead our young horse development program at our Southern California base, located between Los Angeles and Malibu and approximately 30 minutes from the Pacific Ocean.
Our program includes an exceptional group of young dressage horses from top bloodlines, with a focus on development for sport, stallion licensing, and international competition. Our breeding program includes full siblings to Morricone, Foundation, Bon Bolero and Gesina; half-sisters to Jovian, Fabregas and Lord Leatherdale; and the dam of Follow Him’s Schönweide, reflecting some of the depth and quality of the damlines behind our young horse program.
Global Elite has a strong European foundation and close relationships within the European dressage and breeding community, while our California base is situated within an established high-performance dressage community, with U.S. Olympic medalists based within minutes of the facility.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the training and development of young dressage horses who is prepared to take a leading role in the program and their long-term development.
The position offers a competitive, performance-based compensation package, and visa support is available for the right international candidate. Accomplished international riders with a strong record of competition, professional achievement, or recognition within the sport may qualify for an O-1 Extraordinary Ability visa, for which expedited processing is available.
