The Danish equestrian federation has done its first update of the dressage squads for 2026 following the first international and national shows this winter and early spring.
Grand Prix Squad
Carina Cassøe Krüth is back in the senior A-squad for seniors based on the achievements she has shown over the past year.
Elite Sports Manager Susie Dannemand states, ''we can look forward to seeing Carina and Danse (Heiline's Danciera) in action at the upcoming World Cup final in Texas, where she is the only Dane to have qualified through her position on the western ranking list based on results at FEI World Cup events.''
New in the B-squad is Camilla Lunderskov with Donnerhall's Son II. she has shown progress over the last six months and a stable, high level.
Susie Dannemand and expert trainer Wolfram Wittig are also looking forward to seeing many of the senior riders at the event in Hagen on April 23-26, where both will be present along with equine physiotherapist Vivian Lock and national team veterinarian Kristian Ringkjær.
Youth
National coach for U25, young riders and juniors, Ulrik Falbe, says: "After the first events of the year, it is gratifying to see the great breadth we have in our age groups. This bodes really well for the coming years, and I look forward to building on the good foundation together with the rest of the national coaching team throughout the year. That is why we have also adjusted the gross groups slightly after the first events of the year." There are no changes in the gross group for ponies after the event in Sundeved
The national pony coaching team, Lars Krogsgaard and Lisbet Seierskilde, have brought 11 pony outfits to the upcoming event in Tolbert on April 8-12.
