The colt Seacraft became the best seller of the second foal auction of 2025 that the Rhinelander breeding society organized in partnership with the Wickrath equestrian center.
The online bidding closed on 22 June 2025.
A capsule collection of 11 riding horse and pony foals was offered for sale.
The chestnut colt Seacraft (by Seacrest x Falihandro x Rubin Royal) achieved the top hammer price of 13,000 euro. A German and a Dutchman were bidding against each other but the colt will stay in Germany. The Hanoverian registered colt is bred by Jutta Gläser.
The bay colt Very Fearless M (by Vjento x Castellini) was the second most expensive foal with a hammer price of 8,000 euro. Bred by Gottfried Mevissen, this colt moves to Switzerland.
Colt Fidencio (by Fidertanz x Rotspon) fetched 6,750 euro, while colt Endrago (by Erste Sahne x Valverde) went for 6,500 euro.
There was just one bid, the opening bid of 3,000 euro, for the only pony foal Dawn of Time DH (by D-Gold).
