Hof Kasselmann Hybrid Auction

The exclusive 2025 Hof Kasselmann & Schockemöhle Hybrid Auction ensured a spectacular summer night at Hof Kasselmann in Hagen, Germany on 14 June 2025.

Following an exciting day of Youth Nations Cups and hotly contested jump-offs the stage was set for the fourth hybrid auction in the main stadium, hosted by the two sport horse power houses Hof Kasselmann and Paul Schockemöhle Stables.

Chacontha PS and Imp Pectore Top Sellers

The seven-year-old mare Chacontha PS (by Chacoon Blue) became the top seller at 190,000 euro. This highly modern athlete with an incredible jump and endless scope was secured by clients from the Netherlands.

The most expensive dressage horse was catalogue number 2, Imo Pectore, which is Latin for "from the bottom of my heart." The Ibiza x Sir Donnerhall gelding is already training higher level movements and promises to be great prospect for the big sport. He sold for 150,000 euro.

Wanted Dressage Horses

The second most expensive dressage horse was Secret’s Weapon, a 5-year old Belgian warmblood mare by Secret x Sir Donnerhall, which sold for 110,000 euro to buyers from Germany, making their bid from the Global Champions Tour leg in Saint-Tropez, France.

The 4-year old Oldenburg Shady Lady (by Sezuan's Donnerhall x Lord Sinclair) fetched 80,000 euro after an online bidding duel with an American.

The 4-year old Oldenburg For You (by Furstenball x Bordeaux) went for 74,000 euro. Dynaco (by Dynamic Dream x Negro) went for 46,000 euro, and Zenador (by Zenon x Lauries Crusador xx) sold for 40,000 euro.

Painting auctioned for Riding Against Hunger

Ulli Kasselmann and Paul Schockemöhle once again combined their years of expertise and their keen eye for outstanding horses into a highly promising collection. Buyers from Europe, the United States, South Africa and Asia made the most of the opportunity and secured one of the special jumping or dressage candidates.

Fiorino (by Feinrich x Amidou) moved to the U.S.A. for 36,000 euro. Sezuan's Diamond (by Sezuan's Donnerhall x Diamond Hit) found a new home in South Africa for 35,500 euro

In total, the 2025 Hof Kasselmann & Schockemöhle Hybrid Auction achieved a turnover of over 1.24 million Euros.

Art for Charity

A smaller version of the masterpiece ‘Olympic Dreams’ by artist Simone Beckmann raised 5,000 euro for charity ‘Riding against Hunger’. Since the initiative was founded in 2012 by Hamburg publisher Gudrun Bauer and Ulli Kasselmann, many important charity projects have already been realised.
