The 5-year old Furst Fernando, the 6-year old Volltreffer, and the 7-year old Donna Fiorella became the winners of the Bundeschampionate qualification classes held at the national show in Schenefeld on Sunday 4 May 2025.
In the 5-year old division Tessa Frank rode Mathieu Beckmann's Westfalian gelding Furst Fernando (by Furst Samarant x Fiano) to victory on a score of 8.08 points. The gelding got 7.8 for walk, 8.5 for trot, 8 for canter, 7.8 for submissoo, and 8.3 for general impression. Portuguese Rodrigo Dias Silva and Corinna Hellmann's Oldenburg gelding Fontissimo (by Fidertanz x De Niro) were the runners-up with 8.06 points. This horse got 7.8 for walk, 8 for trot, 8.5 for canter, 7.8 for submission and 8.2 for general impression.
In the 6-year old class at M-level, Andrea Miesner bested the field on her husband Thomas' Hanoverian gelding Volltreffer (by Vitalis x De Niro). She posted a total of 8.4 with 8.5 for walk, 9 for trot, 8.2 for canter, 7.8 for submission and 8.5 for general impression. Rodrigo Dias Silva was also second in this class, this time aboard Mads Hansen's DSP bred Don Nemo D (by Don Royal x Danone). He scored 8.24 points with 9 for walk, 7.8 for trot, 8.2 for canter, 8 for submission and 8.2 for general impression.
Just four pairs competed in the 7-year old S-level class and Felix Kneese won aboard Mareike Groth-Becker's Hanoverian mare Donna Fiorella (by Don Martillo x First Dance). They scored 8.14 in total and edged out Ann-Kathrin Lachemann on Gut Schönweide's Hanoverian stallion Sky (by Sezuan x Sir Donnerhall) who finished on a score of 8.1 points.
