Helgstrand's popular young breeding stallion Bronzite has been given a little break from breeding.

Bronzite is a 3-year old Hanoverian stallion by Bonds out of Die Wademärkerin (by Dancier x Weltmeyer). He is bred by Helmut Bäßmann Jun.

Premium Stallion

The liver chestnut was first licensed at the 2024 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing, where Paul Schockemöhle and Andreas Helgstrand purchased him at auction for 135,000 euro.

He moved to Denmark where he was named premium stallion at the 2025 Danish warmblood stallion licensing in Herning. He's scheduled to do the performance test in Torring in the autumn.

He has been approved by all major German studbooks

Breeding Break

The beautiful colt came into demand after his appearance at the stallion shows in Vechta and Vodskov, but will have to take a break mid-breeding season.

"Bronzite is getting a break from collection. The number of confirmed pregnancies has not met our expectations, so we decided to give him a little break. This means he will be out of our stallion collection for a while," Helgstrand stated.
