The Danish warmblood society and Danish equestrian federation held its first of two Danish team selection trials for the 2024 World Young Horse Championships and have drafted a long list.
The first selection trial took place at Vallensbaek equestrian centre on 23 - 24 May 2024 and the combinations were assessed over two days by Gunilla Nyman, Birthe Lyder Nielsen and rider Jens Holm Kristensen.
Twenty 5-year old, nineteen 6-year olds and thirteen 7-year olds were presented in Vallensbaek.
The long-listed horses are invited to the second trial in Vilhelmsborg on 23 - 24 July 2024 after which the team will be announced.
