Six colts have been entered for the start of the 20214 KWPN Spring Stallion Performance Test for ”older stallions” in Ermelo, The Netherlands, which begins on 22 April 2024.

In principle seven colts were entered but the KWPN premium stallion L'Avenir (by Le Formidable x Sir Donnerhall) has been withdrawn due to injury.  L'Avenir already tried to get KWPN performance tested in 2023 but was referred to the autumn testing (in May 2023 he did the mini test in Germany and scored 8,18 points). Owner Saskia Poel told Horses.nl he has sustained a bone bruise.

On 22 April there will be an under saddle presentation of these four year old and older colts and the committee will decide which ones can begin the official testing which lasts until 21 May 2024.

One stallion, Lamborghini US, has not yet been licensed and participates in the testing voluntarily.

The entered stallions are:

  • Everest (by Especial x Negro)
  • Power Dutch (by Toto Jr x Double Dutch)
  • Paycheck Texel (by Toto Jr x Ferro)
  • Private Dancer (by Le formidable x Johnson)
  • Pride (by Secret x Apache)
  • Lamborghini US (by Secret x Apache)
