The first FEI Nations Cup leg of the 2023 series in Wellington is rapidly approaching and this year the show seems to have five full senior teams in the race. The 2023 CDIO Wellington is on 23 - 26 February 2023.
Aside from 2021 and 2022 leg winner Germany, the equestrian federations of the U.S.A. and Canada are also supplying teams. They will compete against each other and teams from Australia and Sweden/
The Australian team includes:
- Hope Beerling - UNO Elando
- Jemma Heran - Saphira Royal
- Sally Lofting - Quinlan CF
The Swedish team includes:
- Caroline Darcourt - Lord Django
- Christina Devine - Slaebaekgaards Santino
- Tinne Vilhelmson Silfven - Devanto
Spain could also send a team with Spanish riders such as Pablo Gomez Molina, Natalia Bacariza Danguillecourt and Paula Matute based in Wellington, but has opted not to do so.
