The Austrian Equestrian Federation has made its first selection of riders and teams for the 2020 European Youth Championships.
The board of OEPS confirmed the nomination of the Children and Junior Riders on 9 July 2020.
The pony team has been selected after the CDI-W Mariakalnok in Hungary on the last weekend of June, but their names have not yet been published. The young riders are competing this weekend at the CDN Margarethen after which the team will be announced. The Under 25 selection will follow too
Going to Budapest for Austria for the 2020 European Children/Junior Championship on 9 - 14 August 2020 are:

- Lena Abfalterer - Avatar
- Valeria Bader - Vemmetofte Roscoe
Junior Riders
- Felix Artner - Sisley Santino
- Marie-Payle Frauenschuh - Di Magic OLD
- Paul Jöbstl - Dunkelbunt (reserve horse: Coco Procol Harum)
- Oskar Ochsenhofer - Sanibel
The junior reserve riders are Elena Erbstein with Larifari (1st reserve), Anna Schwarzlmüller with Sansita (2nd reserve) and Katharina Fadrany with Laureen (3rd reserve)
