Jana Freund and her employer of twenty years, Ferienhof Stucker, have parted ways. Freund has decided to go independent and has relocated to Eichmannshof in Alpen, Germany, where she will be training and teaching.

Freund was discovered by Josef and Chrsitiane Wilbers twenty years ago and they nurtured her dressage career by giving her the ride on their licensed dressage and pony stallions. Over the years Jana won 23 titles at the Bundeschampionate and became World Young Horse Champion on Dramatic (by Don Frederico) in Verden. She competed at Grand Prix level with FS Louis Le Bon.

"I'm incredibly grateful," said Freund. "From the start I received much support and received many great opportunities for my professional career. For me the time has come now to go my own way."
