USEF Seeking Veterinarians to Be Part of U.S. Dressage Program

The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) is seeking veterinarians to be a part of a team to support the U.S. Dressage Program. The USEF is looking to develop a network of knowledgeable individuals to assist the dressage team veterinarian

and to attend key events with dressage athletes/teams in the U.S. and overseas.

Additionally, these individuals would provide overall veterinary guidance and communication with the dressage athletes, staff ,and coaches while working with athlete’s personal veterinarians, farriers, and physiotherapists. 

All applicants are expected to have demonstrated an understanding of FEI Equine Anti-Doping and Controlled Medication Regulations.

Any veterinarian traveling with the dressage team to FEI events would be required to meet FEI requirements and must be either an FEI Official Veterinarian or Permitted Treating Veterinarian.
