Linsenhoff Acquires Top Seller of 2010 Summer Mixed Sales

Former German dressage team rider Ann Kathrin Linsenhoff acquired the top seller of the 48th Summer Mixed Sales of Oldenburg sport horses in Vechta, Germany. The Kronberg based mogul paid 80,000 euro for Sansvieria

, a Sandro Hit x De Niro x Akzent II mare bred by Engelbert Böske. 

Polish Grand Prix rider Katarzyna Milczarek purchased Dzeko, a Dimaggio x Continue x Rubinstein I, for 35,500 euro. American Liz Doherty paid 40,000 euro for Sportsfreund (by Sandro Hit x Don Schufro x Figaro).

The average sales price for an Oldenburg sport horse was 16,332 euro. 60% of all horses sold abroad. 

Linsenhoff's shopping spree did not end there. She also bought the top selling foal of the auction, Future Star. This Floriscount x Dormello x Silvio I colt, bred by American Ann Kitchel, sold for 25,000 euro. The second most expensive foal also moves to the Hessian area. Die Furstin (by Don Romantic x Furst Heinrich x Upan la Jarthe AA) sold for 20,000 euro. The average sales price for a foal at this auction was approximately 8,000 euro.
