German Horses Selected for 2006 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses

2006 World Championships for Young Dressage Championships

The German Equestrian Federation (FN) and German Chef d'Equipe Holger Schmezer have selected the German bred horses that will compete for Germany at the 2006 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, Germany, August 3-6, 2006.

The FN organized two qualifiers, one in Verden and one in Warendorf, on July 3 and 4, to which a large collection of horses rallied in order to obtain a berth for the WCYH in Verden.

The selected horses for Verden are:

5-year olds

  • Damenwahl (Old, Donnerhall x Rubinstein) - Miriam Henschke
  • Ferrari (Westf, Fidermark I x Ehrentusch) - Arnd Erben
  • Riccio NRW (Westf, Riccione) - Martin Stammkötter
  • Riedinger (Hann, Rubinstein I x Prestige Pilot) - Heike Kemmer
  • Royal Blend (Hann, Rotspon x Lauries Crusador xx ) - Susanne Ersil
  • Sir Donnerhall (Old, Sandro Hit x Donnerhall) - Ulf Möller
    • Reserve 1: Falcao (Old, Florestan I x ) - Jan Dirk Gießelmann
    • Reserve 2: Dancing Dynamite (Westf, Don Bedo x Donnerhall) - Martin Stamkotter

6-year olds

  • Biagiotti W (Old, Breitling W x Diego) - Brigitte Wittig
  • Dablino (Hann, De Niro x Wanderbusch II) - Holga Finken
  • Damon Hill (Westf, Donnerhall x Rubinstein) - Ingrid Klimke
  • Danone (Hann, De Niro) - Nicole Kochskämper
  • De la Vega (Hann, Davignon) - Esther Maruhm
  • FBW Dejavu (BaWü, Dacaprio) - Nadine Plaster
