The Dutch warmblood association has announced the participants which will be contending for the 2016 VHO Trophy at the 2016 KWPN Stallion Licensing on 5 February 2016 in 's Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
The VHO Trophy competition is always a popular feature of the KWPN Stallion Show. Performing to a full house, five small and big tour horses take turns in the ring and showcase their talent in a freestyle in front of a panel. The VHO Trophy is more an exhibition show than a real dressage competition and serves to show case KWPN licensed breeding stallions.
For the 2016 VHO Trophy six stallions have been entered:
- Valdez (by Houston) - Ingrid Gerritsen
- Bojengel (by Uptown) - Tommie Visser
- Dorado (by Krack C) - Emmeloie Scholtens
- Chagall (by Jazz) - Patrick van der Meer
- Charmeur (by Florencio) - Madeleine Witte
- Westpoint (by Jazz) - Kirsten Beckers
