Andrea Timpe's 19-year old Oldenburg licensed stallion Danny de Vito has moved to the Norwegian Stall K as a breeding stallion and schoolmaster.

The 1993 born Danny de Vito is bred by Otto Gärtner and is by Donnerhall out of Finale (by Pik Bube I  x Lucado). He has two licensed full brothers, Don Pikado and Duke of Oldenburg.

Danny de Vito was licensed in Aachen in 1997 and sold through the PSI auction the same year. He did his Stallion Performance Testing in Neustadt/Dosse in 1998.

The small black stallion, who stands 1.62 m tall, sold to Andrea Timpe in 2004 who competed the stallion up to Grand Prix level. Between 1998 and 2010 Danny de Vito has been competed at more than 200 shows and placed in 120 of them. He has been ridden by riders such as Henrike Sommer, Heinz Holger Lammers, and Timpe.

In June 2012 the stallion was presented for licensing to the Norwegian Warmblood society and received good scores. Stall K has now taken over the care of the stallion and will be using him as a breeding sire and schoolmaster for one of its young riders.

"With a heavy heart I decided to retire the still youthful and energetic black stallion from competition and put him back at stud," Andrea Timpe stated. "The 19-year old Donnerhall son has a new home at the Norwegian Stall K where he can celebrate being a sire."
