The Hanoverian breeding stallion Dimaggio will be returning to Germany to stand at stud for the 2012 breeding season. The Don Primero x World Cup I licensed stallion will stand at stud at Station Böckmann.

Owned by Suzanne Lavandera-Davies, Keystone Dimaggio's claim to fame started in 2000 when he won the World Young Horse Championships in Arnheim, The Netherlands.

While he was a popular breeding stallion in the U.K., his true value as a sire appeared after he had stood up for stud for several years at Gestut Vorwerk in Germany in the late 2000s. The chestnut sire passes on great rideability and movement and his offspring sold like hot cakes at the auctions.

Two days ago Duke of Britain (by Dimaggio x Rubinstein) achieved a knock down price of 360,000 euro at the 2011 PSI Auction. One week ago ezemberspize (by Dimaggio x Oldtimer xx x Weltmeister) sold for 80,000 euro at the Vechta Winter Mixed Sales. The 4-year old licensed black stallion Di Magic was the price highlight of the 2011 Oldenburg Autumn Elite Auction in Vechta, Germany, on 1 October 2011. The Dimaggio x Rohdiamant stallion sold for 240,000 euro to Bernadette Brune from Monaco.

Dimaggio is also the dam sire of the 2011 World Young Horse Champion Woodlander Farouche (by Furst Heinrich).
