Vino, Best Seller of the 2023 Westfalian March Online Auction

Vino became the best selling horse of the 2023 Westfalian March Online Auction for which the bidding concluded on 6 March 2023.

A small collection of fourteen unridden dressage and jumper horses was offered for sale and 73% of the sold to a new owner.

Vino (by Viva Gold x Scolari), bred by Christoph Delsmann, changed to German ownership for the highest price of 44,000 euro. He will be trained by Sina Aringer as of now.

The second most expensive horse of the evening was Gentleman (by Global Player x Floriscount). Bred by ZG Gut Füchtel of the Merveldt family from Vechta, the colt sold for 21,500 euros to German customers.

Mares Vibelle (by Vaderland x Fidermark) went for 17,000 euro, Etosha (by Escamillo x Lissaro van de Helle) fetched 15,000 euro, Valdivia (by V-Plus x Rock Amour) moves abroad for 13,000 euro. 

The average price for a horse in this auction was 14,977 euro.  Five of the youngsters sold will start their careers under the saddle outside of Germany.
