Small Tour Finalists Known for 2018 Dutch Indoor Championships

2018 Dutch Indoor Championships

The Dutch Equestrian Federation (KNHS) has announced the 20 riders which have qualified to compete at the 2018 Dutch Indoor Dressage Championships, scheduled to take place at the KNHS headquarters in Ermelo, The Netherlands, on 3 - 4 March 2018.

A short series of three selection trials were held across The Netherlands for the fourth level and small tour Championships. Riders earned points based on place and the their two best results counted for the final ranking.

For the small tour championship two combinations scored 40 points and are ranking at the top: Robin van Lierop on RS2 Dressage's Finja (by Flatley) and Adelinde Cornelissen on Fleau de Baian (by Jazz x Ulft).

Twenty combinations will be competing for the Indoor Small Tour title. They all ride the Prix St Georges on 3 March and the top eight goes through to the Inter I Kur to Music Finals on Sunday 4 March 2018. The ranking in the Kur determines the podium places.

16. Danielle Houtvast - Entertainer

The Dutch Indoor Championships also hosts classes for juniors, young riders, Under 25 and Grand Prix, but no qualification is needed for those. The entries are open.
