The Spanish Equestrian Federation (RFHE) has decided on the dates and locations of the 2018 Spanish Dressage Championships at its general assembly in Madrid on 15 November 2017.

In 2018 Segovia will be hosting all three official Spanish Dressage Championships.

The Grand Prix and small tour riders will meet first for their Nationals on 31 May - 3 June 2018. The youth riders will have their Nationals on 5 - 9 September 2018 and the young horses will battle it out for the title on 24 - 28 October 2018.

The RFHE also revealed its budget for 2018: 6.1 million euro to be spend on four disciplines that aim for Spanish representation at the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, U.S.A. No less than 600,000 euro of that budget will be spent on WEG.
