The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) announced the athlete-and-horse combinations who will participate in the USEF Dressage Young Rider European Tour.

As part of the tour, the combinations will compete in two events, CDIO-Y Moorsele, May 26-29, and CDIO-Y Hagen, June 7-12, 2016.

USEF Dressage Youth Coach George Williams will serve as Chef d’Equipe.

The following athletes and horses will represent the U.S.:

  • Lauren Asher (San Diego, Calif.) with her own De Noir 3, a 2000 Hanoverian gelding
  • Barbara “Bebe” Davis (Wellington, Fla.) with Michael Davis’ Feivel Mousekewitz, a 2001 Hanoverian gelding
  • Kerrigan Gluch (Wellington, Fla.) with Hampton Green Farm’s Vaquero HGF, a 2007 Andalusian stallion

The USEF Youth Dressage Program is an extension of the USEF High Performance Dressage Program and gives up-and-coming talent exposure to high-level international competition. The USEF Dressage Young Rider European Tour enables participants to gain valuable experience under the tutelage of their personal coaches as well as Williams.
