The Autsrian Equestrian Federation (OEPS) has announced the dressage squads for the 2016 show season.
The Austrian dressage committee works with a different system of squads than most countries, breaking up FEI level riders into A, B, C, D and E squads and while youth riders are listed into one squad per age category.
Surprisingly for 2016 is that Austria's top dressage rider Victoria Max-Theurer is no longer squad listed with her number one Grand Prix horse Augustin.
Riders who want to be in the running for team consideration for the 2016 European Championships for Ponies, Children, Junior, Young Riders and Under 25 riders have to compete at the mandatory observation trial CDN Magna Racino held in Ebreichsdorf on 4 - 6 March 2016.
