Antoinette Falandt's Grand Prix horse Jarwo has passed away at age 24. The 1991 born Dutch warmblood gelding was member of the Dutch team at the 2003 European Championships in Hickstead.

Jarwo was by Ferro out of Carmen (by Statuar x Darling Boy xx) and was bred by M. Derks. As a young stallion he made it to the third round of the KWPN Stallion Licensing but was never approved.

Trained by Coby van Baalen and ridden and owned by Antoinette Falandt, Jarwo became one of Holland's leading Grand Prix horses on the international show scene. They made their international show debut at the 2002 CDI-W Maastricht.

They finished 14th in the kur to Music at the 2003 CDIO Aachen and qualified on the Dutch team, joining Edward Gal (Lingh), Arjen Teeuwissen (Goliath) and Ellen Bontje (Silvano N) at the 2003 European Championships, where they finished 12th as best scoring Dutch combination at the event. The Dutch team finished fourth in the team ranking in Hickstead.

Jarwo got injured right after the 2004 Dutch Dressage Championships, where they finished fifth overall. He dropped out of the running for a team spot for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. Jarwo never fully recovered from that injury and Falandt has not competed internationally since then.
