Two of British Dressage’s most experienced judges, Jo Graham and Clive Halsall are taking the annual two day Principles of Judging seminar on 25 and 26 October 2014 at Arena UK, Lincolnshire.

International FEI judges, Jo and Clive have both had hugely successful riding, training and judging careers. Jo is a highly experienced 4* international judge, training and officiating all over the world. She had sat on several committees for British Dressage for 10 years, had ran many shows – including the regional championships and is also involved in the training and examining of other judges within the UK.

Having ridden internationally at small tour and nationally to grand prix level, Clive is able to draw on his vast experience and knowledge of the sport whilst officiating internationally as an FEI 3* judge. Based in Lancashire, Clive is currently in his second term as team selector for the GBR junior and young rider teams and also has a seat on the BD judges committee.

Covering the principles of judging, as the title suggests, the seminar will be relevant to all judges and trainers, using a variety of tests ranging from elementary to PSG.

Tickets are available for either day (Saturday or Sunday) or the whole weekend as, although the programme is designed to progress over the two days, each day will give a fantastic opportunity to listen, discuss and debate with two of Britain’s top judges.

Tickets start from just £37.50 and can be booked via the BD shop or through Claire Carter, Education and Development Officer, on +44 247 669 8833
