Holga Finken to Become Head Trainer at Gestut Bonhomme

German Grand Prix rider and young horse trainer Holga Finken has been hired as new head trainer of the dressage horses at Gestut Bonhomme in Werder, Germany. Finken will make the move in January 2014.

Gestut Bonhomme has mainly focused on its stallion station and breeding programme in the past, but will now expands its business to a dressage and show jumping sales and training facility. In May 2012 Bonhomme already hired Frederic Wandres as chief rider. Finken and his following will now be added to the Bonhomme team.

Holga Finken will be bringing his life partner, Austrian Saskia Lieben-Seutter, with hom as well as Norwegian Isabel Bache. The trio used to work from his yard in Kirchwalsede, Germany. Bache, for instance, will be riding the stallion Grey Flanell (by Gribaldi x Clavecimbel).
