Sir Rubilord has become the only approved dressage stallion out of two at the 2012 South German Under-Saddle Licensing held on 10 November 2012.
The licensing committee, which consisted of Karl-Heinz Bange, Wolf Lahr, Ralf-Peter Roffeis, Ina-Katrin Schmid, Jürgen Kurz, Cornelia Back and Gert Gussmann, accepted only two stallions: the Holsteiner bred show jumper Assman Deluxe (by Armand xx x Calypso I) and the dressage stallion Sir Rubilord.
Presented under saddle by Kira Wulferding, Sir Rubilord is an Oldenburg branded Sir Donnerhall x Rubinstein x Lord Liberty offspring. His dam is the full sister to the approved Rubicell. The 3-year old Sir Rubilord is bred and owned by Hugo Schmidgall.
