Marisa Festerling has sold her top horse Big Tyme to Betsy Juliano. Aboard the 10-year old dark bay gelding, Festerling won team gold and individual bronze at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico.

The 10-year old Belgian warmblood Big Tyme is by Saros van het Gestelhof out of Wendekreis dam and was owned by Marie Meyers. The horse was originally bought as a sales horse as a 5-year old in Belgium. Festerling competed him at the 2006 World Young Horse Championships in Verden, Germany, and easily moved on to FEI level.

"My partners and I had planned to sell Big Tyme (aka Frankie), but we wanted the right owner to come along,"said Festerling. "Betsy rode Frankie very well, and she will provide a super home for him as she does for all of her horses."

Referring to the time she has spent with Big Tyme, Marisa added, "training and competing this very special horse has been an amazing and gratifying experience. He has been a wonderful competitor and partner to me. I am very happy that Frankie will be going to Betsy, and I wish them all the best.”
