
French Olympic dressage rider Jessica Michel-Botton is looking for an experienced young horse rider to complete her team at her dressage facility located at Haras de Hus in Petit-Mars, France.
Jessica Michel-Botton competed at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. She has won the French Championships 33 times, from young horses level to small tour and senior Grand Prix level. She has participated at numerous European, World and World Young Horse Championships and is a WCYH bronze medal winner. Michel is well known for her professional training of young horses according to the principles of classic dressage.
Be part of Jessica's journey towards team selection for the 2024 Paris Olympics aboard Haras de Hus' home bred horses Dorian Grey de Hus and Djembe de Hus OLD.
The candidate has to be a motivated and confident rider who has experience handling, riding and training young horses as well as stallions. S/he should have no fear to manage and ride green, sensitive and inexperienced youngsters.
Duties include the breaking in, riding, lunging and hacking of the horses, as well the grooming and care taking of them and their tack. Barn duties are included in the morning.
The candidate will get the opportunity to compete his allocated horses. The rider will get training and support on a daily basis from Jessica.
A long term position is offered. An apartment is available at the equestrian facility.
