Stallion station Gestüt Sprehe is looking for an experienced and brave young horse rider who will complete their team.
The candidate will be allocated young horses aged three and older, mostly stallions, to train and develop up to Prix St Georges level. S/he will be supervised by team leader Sabine Rueben.
This is a job for a rider who loves to perform with talented quality horses, is able to handle stallions, and can do PSG with nice 8 and 9-year olds. S/he will get the opportunity to compete at shows. A strong rider is sought who is self-confident and who has experience, feeling and talent.
The job does not entail breaking in youngsters. The rider has to be passionate, self-confident and brave to ride energetic and highly talented youngsters. S/he has to be unafraid of the horses' energy and inexperience. S/he will have to present stallions in public.
The job offered is a full-time position completely focused on riding. No barn maintenance duties are required.
S/he will be able to work in a highly professional environment and will get coaching from Grand Prix riders. This is a unique opportunity to ride talented dressage horses while continuing one's ongoing development as a rider.
