Hero VDT is a 9-year old Dutch warmblood gelding schooling all the Grand Prix movements and successful at Prix St Georges and Intermediaire I level.
From the early start of his career, Hero VDT has been in the spotlight, recognized for his talent and quality. He was a semi-finalist at the 2016 Pavo Cup for 4-year olds.
He was highly successful on the Belgian Young Horse circuit as a 5, 6 and 7-year old, competing in the selection trial for the World Young Horse Championships.
Hero's qualities are certainly for the upper level work and as an 8-year old he achieved his first major results at Prix St Georges and Intermediaire I level, easily scoring in the upper sixties.
Trained by Belgian professional Stefan van Ingelgem, Hero VDT is schooling all the Grand Prix movements and is one for the future.
Hero is uncomplicated to ride and handle, which makes him a perfect match for an ambitious young rider who looks forward to Under 25 level or for an adult amateur who is searching for a quality Grand Prix horse for the future.
