Grand Galaxy Cordey became the best selling dressage horse in the second online auction which the Hanoverian society hosted in January 2024. The bidding concluded on 27 January 2024.
A group of 57 horses was auctions, 21 of them sold abroad. The average price was 15,912 euro.
The price highlight was show jumper Napoli-Tana (by Nixon van het Meulenhof) which sold for 50,500 euro to Sweden.
The best selling dressage horse was Grand Galaxy Cordey (by Grand Galaxy Win x Furstenball), bred and owned by Neumann-Ullrich from France. The mare sold for 39,500 euro.
An American bought Flicka N (by Finest x Sandro Hit) for 33,500 euro and Durant (by Destacado x Fidertanz) for 20,500 euro, while Bernabeo (by Benicio x Sir Donnerhall) moves to the U.K. for 25,500 euro.
A Swede purchased Bellonii (by Birmingham x Ehrenwort) for 21,000 euro and Salasar (by Sarotti Mokka Sagne x Furstbischoff) for 14,000 euro. A Spaniard secured Fanta Korn (by Furst Samarant x Lauries Crusador) for 17,000 euro, and an Austrian got Tansania (by Total Hope x Prestige Pilot) for 14,500 euro.
Emmelie (by Emilio Sanchez x Wilawander xx) and Florina (by Finest x Elcaro) go to France for 10,000 and 9,000 euro, D'Salome (by D'Egalite x Contendros Bube) to Italy for 9,500 euro, and Fiji Islands to Austria for 9,500 euro.
A Brit got the 4-year old Donovan (by Da Costa x Don Frederico) for just 8,500 euro.
