Twenty-one of 22 participating stallions successfully completed the mandatory 10-day observation test which immediately followed the 2018 Danish Warmblood Stallion Licensing in Herning, Denmark.

The young colts, the majority 3-year and and a few older stallions, are tested for the character and rideability. They need to pass this test to start breeding this 2018 season.

The character test took place in Torring, Denmark, and the two test riders were Michelle Hvid and Emma Ahlberg under the supervision of Torben Frandsen.

To obtain full licensing for the Danish warmblood breed they will still need to do the Stallion Performance Test later this year.  The 6-year old Ferrari OLD obtained full licensing

Thirty-two dressage and show jumping bred colts did the 10-day character test and four did not pass the 10 days: the dressage bred Zagori (by Blue Hors Zack x Sir Donnerhall) II and three show jumpers.
