Millennio, Top Seller at 2017 DSP Foal Auction in Darmstadt

During the 2017 CDI/CSI Darmstadt, the German Sport Horse society hosted a Foal Auction on 23 September 2017. A colt by Millennium became the top seller.

Millenio (by Millennium x Alassio) is bred by the Zeller family and sold for 15,000 euro to Albert Sprehe. 

The second most expensive foal was colt First Hit GE (by Furstenball x Sandro Hit), bred by Gestut Elstertal. He sold for 11,500 euro to a German buyer.  Colt Don Pablo (by Don Nobless x Rotspon) fetched a price of 11,000 euro.

Filly Schönheit (by Finnigan x Sandro Hit) switched owners for 10,000, euro, just like filly Indian Summer (by Indian Rock x Stedinger) and Dein Liebchen (by Don Olymbrio L x De Niro).

The most expensive jumper foal was colt Come for Gold FB (by Con Cherry x Galisco du Mesnil), which sold to Great Britain for 11,500 euro.

Thirty-five foals were offered for auction and no less than 11 sold for more than 10,000 euro! The average price was 8027 euro.
